At Javonni Ave, we want you to love your purchase.
Returns
Due to hygiene standards and the nature of our jewelry products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns for refunds unless an item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product.
Exchanges
We gladly offer exchanges for items that arrive damaged or defective if contacted within 7 days of delivery.
To request an exchange:
- Email us with your order number.
- Include clear photos of the item and packaging.
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unworn and in their original packaging.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll work quickly to make it right by sending a replacement or offering an appropriate solution.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Worn or used jewelry
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper care
- Clearance or final sale items
- Gift cards (if offered)
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet entered processing or shipping. Once processing begins, cancellations cannot be guaranteed.

This version is customer-friendly while still protecting your business. If Javonni Ave primarily sells stainless steel and gold-plated jewelry, this “all sales final with exchanges for damaged items” approach is commonly used by online jewelry brands.
