Processing Times
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During launches, promotions, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days (when available)
Delivery estimates begin after your order has been processed.
Incorrect Addresses
Please verify your shipping address before placing your order. Javonni Ave is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Javonni Ave is not responsible for lost or stolen items. If you experience an issue, please contact the carrier directly or reach out to us so we can assist where possible.
Order Tracking
Tracking information will be emailed once your package ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
